A new restaurant in Jacó
Origen opened in October 2026 as a new, independent restaurant in Jacó, with no ties to other venues. It is born from a simple idea: cooking the sea, the land and the fire with Costa Rican produce.
Our name says it all: back to the origin of every ingredient. Pacific seafood from local suppliers, Costa Rican fruit and vegetables, and the grill as the star.
